Italy next stop: Amalfi Coast

The Amalfi Coast was something we had only heard of in legends... and all of the Italians on summer holiday had apparently also heard those same legends.  We took a technically-demanding bus ride in the summer heat to arrive at Positano- an awesome cliffy beach town. Then we learned that we were on the top of the cliff. After about one million stairs down to sea level, we enjoyed the surf, the sand, and the company. When we began to head back we were scrambling for any alternative to tackling the stairs during the summer heat. Pregnant.
...Well, there were no alternatives.  Ashley did awesome and made it to the top avoiding both heat stroke and premature labor.
We also learned how much we loved Caprese... in any of its forms.  Salad, panini, you name it.  We're ca-razy about caprese.

We finally made it onto the ferry headed toward Capri.  Stay tuned.
